K,,,,I thought the only two things that worried you, were forest fires near Ojai and the Lakers losing, lol.

Coach K,,,,told you so "D'Antoni tabbed as Lakers coach" Good move by Mitch D'Antoni will bring "Show Time" back to the Lakes, and place the Clips in the far back seat of the LA station wagon again. It was a given considering Mike coached most of your guys in the Olympics. Forget defense, it won't be on the chalk board in their practices The Lakes will be on track by Christmas, when the real season starts. Congrats,,,,its your gift to the playoffs! |

K,,,the asst. coaches will be his brother, for sure, and probably some that coached at the Knicks while he was there and left with him.. Don't expect to see any "D"....your three trees on the front line will only be expected to rebound, and kick the ball out to Stevie Wonder who will drive down an kick it back to Kobe for the shot... Maybe a couple of cookies for World Peace every night also?  Bench for the blows, for the regulars.... 7 seconds or less,,,coming to LA.... |

Good one K,,,, Yes,,,,Phil was the better coaching choice, no doubt....but coach D is the better "fit" with the team assembled as is....plus for $7M a year less, w/o all of the demands Phil was after. D'Toni will do ok,,,he has all the best talent. Hell, you or I could win 50+ games with that team, lol. Hope the Lakes go easy on the SUNS tonite......heartbreak hotel the other night against the Bulls. OT loss... |

Gary,,,That one was bad, for sure. A yellow cat in AZ was turning left across traffic,,,,t-boned in the passenger side door, and the guy's wife was killed... A/C, that mangled Mulholland was only titled and registered for the year 2001 and not since. I ran the plate and got the VIN for the retired Cat listing. I can't imagine what happened to that car to do that damage. |

Ed,,,,,I believe those pictures came from a story about an accident where the driver lost control, went off-roading into a forest somewhere,,,and both occupants were killed at impact? Couldn't have been a good ride What state were the plates registered? Too early for me to focus my eyes....... |
