An elderly man in North Carolina had owned a large farm for several years. He had a large pond in the back, fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees. The pond was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming when it was built.

One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond, as he hadn't been there for a while and look it over. He grabbed a five gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee.

As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.
He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end.

One of the women shouted to him, "We're not coming out until you leave!"

The old man frowned and replied, "I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked."

Holding the bucket up he said, "I'm here to feed the alligator."

Moral: Old men can still think fast.

I was hoping you would tell me the lawn looks nice. lol
There is a family with 10 kids down the street and the 14 year old stops by every day almost to take a picture. Then he brings his little brothers to sit in a Prowler and take a picture. Then he needs a pic for his older brother away at college, etc. So today I brought all three here so I could take a few pics. He must have been here 5 times today. I think I have the next generation hooked on them. Nine boys and the oldest kid is a girl. He wants to buy a Prowler and has $ 20 saved so far. I gave him most of that for helping me clean the orange one.

Did you hear about the guy who had no arms and no legs but he always wanted to ring the bells at the Cathedral. Finally there was an opening and he went to talk to the Bishop. He told him that he had always wanted to be the bell ringer. The Bishop felt sorry for him but decided he would give him a chance. He did not understand how the man could possibly ring the bells but finally said okay, let me see you ring the bells tomorrow at Noon.
The next day they climbed to the belfry and the guy proceeded to ring the bells by hitting the bells with his forehead. He did a very nice job so the Bishop hired him. Every day he did a good job and about a month later the bells did not ring at Noon so they went to investigate. The poor fellow was laying at the bottom of the steps. One priest turned to the other and said we must notify his family. What is his name? The other priest said he had no idea who he was "but his face rings a bell".

It turns out the fellow had a brother just two years younger than him and he decided that the best way to honor his brother was to take over the job of ringing the bells. The very next day he slipped and fell and the same two priests found him lying in almost the exact spot. The priest said, What is his name? and the other priest says I don't really know but he is a dead ringer for his brother.

-"Because of their power, both the Magnum SRT8 and LS1 Ram Air Trans Am devour fuel, tires and oil. But if you're at all like me, you won't care about all that when the engine roars, the tires scream, and the scenery starts to blur. Besides, if you care about stuff like fuel economy, you might be a p*ssy, and a muscle car is not a car for p*ssies."

CHEAP LABOR? Isn't that what the whole immigration
issue is
about?

Business doesn't want to pay a decent wage.

Consumers don't want expensive produce.

Government will tell you Americans don't want the
jobs.

But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase
"cheap labor" is
a myth, a farce, and a lie. there is no such thing
as "cheap labor."

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and
five children.

He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that
wage, with
six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the
end of the year, if
he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an "earned
income credit" of up
to $3,200 free.

* He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized
rent.
* He qualifies for food stamps.
* He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay)
health care.
* His children get free breakfasts and lunches at
school.
* He requires bilingual teachers and books.
* He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.
* If they are or become, aged, blind or disabled,
they qualify for SSI.

Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for
Medicare. All of this is at (our) taxpayer's
expense.
* He doesn't worry about car insurance, life
insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins
and printed material.

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00
to $30.00/hour in benefits.

Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or
$6.00/hour left
after paying their bills and his.

The American taxpayers also pay for increased crime,
graffiti and trash clean-up.

Cheap labor? YEAH RIGHT! Wake up people

heynow - using your logic we should just open up the borders and let millions more illegal aliens come in the country. Just think what that would do for the economy, right? Landlords, doctors, policeman would all make more money and we'd need more so moer jobs would be created.

What kind of economics education do you have? That just does not make any sence at all.
