2 - Public discussions of staff decisions are not permitted on this site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to
a staff decision, please take it up in private with a member of the site administration team.

Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages
or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we at ProwlerOnline.com do not
actively monitor the contents of and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch
for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for
the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily
the views of ProwlerOnline.com or any entity associated with ProwlerOnline.com. Any user who feels that
a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB, or its email or private messaging
functionality, or any other website to post any links, URLs or material which is knowingly illegal, false
and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, offensive, mean spirited,
repeatedly and/or purposefully cynical, profane,sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy,
or otherwise could violate any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned
by you or by this BB.

Any form of Trolling, or attempts to Troll, or any attemp to start Board Wars will not be tolerated and
will result in an immediate loss of posting rights and the posts will be deleted. Posts that attempt to taunt
and, or are otherwise inflammatory against this or other sites will be also be subject to deletion. Also, anyone
found to be making inflammatory or defamatory posts and, or remarks on other forums (Inciting Flame and or
Board Wars) will result in a suspension, or revoked posting privileges. This rule also applies to any person
that, for whatever reason, feels a need to post negative remarks about this site on other forums. Posts, Links,
images or other forms of information to willfully and repeatedly spam this site with the intention to promote/advertise
other websites or any malicious attempt to circumvent the word censor on this website will also be subject to deletion
and any of the above offenses will result in suspended or revoked posting privileges.

Although this BB does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content
of any of these messages, although it is not our policy, we at this BB reserve the right to delete any
message for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages,
and you agree to indemnify and hold ProwlerOnline.com harmless, and their agents with respect to any
claim based upon transmission of your or others message(s).

Please be courteous to other users. If you are old enough to have a driver's license, you are old enough
to be polite and respect others' opinions. Controversy is welcome as long as everybody remains reasonably
civil and mature. If you have a violent disagreement with someone, take it to private email. Flame wars
will be deleted! Do not swear or post offensive pictures.

Offenders or repeat offenders of any of our rules may be subject to Temporary or Permanent banning.

Expect differing opinions. If you post asking people for their feedback, be prepared to hear both positive
and negative views. That is what message boards are for. If you can't stand to hear somebody say they
don't like your car, don't ask what people think about it.

We at ProwlerOnline.com also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know
about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
