Ed,,, Why is Sandy wearing a hoodie and a coat? It was 108 degrees here yesterday While you both are out on a 3 day cruise with the scooter,,,I spent yesterday cleaning up your motorhome coach, gave it an oil change, and filled it up with diesel. Enjoy your scooter road adventure......your coach will be ready for your next trip to: |

Ed,,, glad to see you are using the Gold Wing 'nut sack comforter' accessory on this road trip,,,since your previous scooter adventures left you with swollen balls for nearly a week afterwards.......Was that a birthday gift from Sandy? . |

We were actually in the mountains in northern N. Mexico and southern Colo. It was 53 up on top and we hit a horrendous downpour for about 3 minutes just as we got to a 45 MPH zone. You stay dry doing 70, you get soaked when you slow down. The seat cushion is actually to support my legs since I am a little too tall for the bike. It is filled with air and water. It works to some degree but I wish I would have gotten the huge size. I wear shorts most of the time and your legs stick to the naugahyde seats on the side of the seat and it hurts like hell when you get off. This helps with that, also. I had a diff. one but it fell apart finally. I got the exact replacement and it had little plastic nubs that marred the paint. I tried this one. The house has pop cans as decoration on part of it, also. I think I have another pic of the main house. |

Motorhome, 40 days, no itinerary at all. Towing the bike behind us. We are in Kanab, UT and went to Zion today, North Rim of the Grand Canyon yesterday and we probably will do Bryce Canyon tomorrow and then head out to ????? We really don't know where we are going until we decide we are going to move on. We left Tue evening, about 10 days ago, I guess. Sandy is getting old, I want to do stuff before she gets TOO old. lol She is 8 years younger than me but I am immature enough so that it doesn't really show. We bought the motorhome last Spring on a whim, basically. We bought it to tow the m/c out West. Then we bought the house across the street because it had a concrete pad and a 30 amp hookup in the back yard. Seriously. We didn't even go inside to look at it. He called me back while I was playing golf and we agreed on a price. It is rented out so all things are working well, SO FAR. We are REALLY enjoying the trip. Nothing serious has gone wrong. A couple of minor things but nothing that can't be overlooked or cured. Got any suggestions of what we should see? (I don't think we are going to go to Cal) I would like to do the PCH on the bike but don't want to do it in a motorhome. Too much traffic, too high of prices and not relaxing while driving the RV. The bike is a blast, the RV, not so much. |

Are you towing the bike on a trailer? Sounds like a great time. Head to the northeast some day. The roads and views in NH are very picturesque. We are planning going to see the Grand Canyon over the winter. |
