Wow, this car was made in Idaho as a Coach kit car. There was less then 100 made, the emblem/logo on the front of the car was a sticker, and the braking system never worked properly. Sounds fun to Drive...lol. |

Last Monday we lost a Great Man. My Father in Law Bill passed away surrounded by his loving family. He was a Great Husband, Father, Grandfather and was a Awesome Father in Law to me. My wife is devistated, she was very close to him. He is going to be sadly missed. Some memories I would like to share with my Prowler friends. When my wife and I went on our first date, I showed up at her house to pick her up. He Dad, Brother and some of her Brothers friends were in the driveway. I said hello and proceeded to walk to the front door. Her Dad said to me make sure you get her home early in a sarcastic way and everyone else stared me down. I said to my self what a bunch of a-holes and I went in the house. Her Mom was inside and I talked with her, she was such a peach. I said to Cindy your Dad and Brother are A-holes,,, she said don't kid yourself they are completely harmless, I said ya right. The date went very well and her Dad and I became very close friends, you can say he was a second Dad to me. We went to many auto flea markets together and he taught me many things over the year's that I will never forget. Pops was a horder,,, big time horder. I used to say to him,,, you have a lot of stuff. He said I know it's a sickness. You and Billy Jr. will someday clean it up. Well Billy Jr. and I started cleaning it up,,, may take up to a year,,, yes maybe a year. I had my wife put in his Obit,,, Collector of Unusual Items,, only fitting for Pops. Rest in Peace Pops,,, we love you and will definitely miss you. You are your Daughter's Angel for sure. |

Dave very sorry to hear this news about Cindy's dad and your father in law and friend. Our prayers are with you both and her family. We are so similar in many ways as we have said before. My wife Cindy's dad and I were very good friends also. When I first meet him on our first date, he didn't say a word to me, but said to her mom, who is that hoodlum out front.LOL My dad was not into cars, but Cindy's dad was, we went to many car shows, auctions and flea markets together. Helped each other work on cars and houses and he also taught me many things I won't forget. He was also a hoarder, I still have boxes of his stuff in my garage, now I'm a hoarder too. LOL He passed 11 years ago on February 9, Cindy is still driving his car. We know how your feeling. As you go through all his treasures, you will have some laughs and maybe a few crys seeing all the crazy stuff He saved. |

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers,, it means more than you know. Gary, yes we are very similar in many ways,, it's scary. My Dad was not into cars and he was not mechanically inclined either. He was still the best Dad I could every have,, he definitely made up for it in other ways. I can say, my Dad was not a horder,,, my Mom made sure of that, lol. Jr. and I have been laughing and crying the past couple nights trying to clean out the garage. Bill saved everything,,, there had to be a couple thousand McDonald's paper bags,, yes you read right. Every car belt or part he every removed from a car is in that garage. 7 pick up loads to the dump and we did not even make a dent. The guys at the dump knew Bill very well, they were telling me that when Bill brought his garbage every week to the dump,,, he would always leave with something he picked from someone elses garbage. Some good stuff some bad,,, It all ended up in Bill's garage. This is going to be a huge undertaking but you know,,, we Love Bill for who he was and all the great memories he gave us.
