quote: You took me way back to my childhood with that picture and made my mouth water... My dad used to have a box trap in his garden to catch the rabbits that would eat his seedlings at night. When he caught one we knew what we were having for dinner soon. My mom was from France and cooked like it too! She would make this rabbit in a wine and mushroom sauce that was out of this world. Thanks for taking me back... |

SEX AT 73 I just took a leaflet out of my mailbox, informing me that I can have sex at 73. I'm so happy, because I live at number 71. So it's not too far to walk home afterwards. And it's the same side of the street. I don't even have to cross the road! ~~~~~ Answering machine ~~~~~ ~~~~~ God made man before I was |

Agree Gary,,, Chicken is awesome compared to that tough rabbit meat.. I shot and ate lots of rabbit in my early days hunting,,,,tried many ways to cook it and thought it was always tough, grainy meat.....and yes, they were small, white tail bunnies. Not like the big, old Jacks that L/D eats This is why the Prowler Traveling Armadillo is never dropped off in N. Hampshire ---- L/D would have him for dinner |

quote: LOL !!! We burn firewood here too! We have gone through 2 pickup bed loads so far this winter (you probably go through that in a day!). Mostly for us it is a real nice ambiance to have the fireplace going in the winter - the heat is just an added bonus. I love to have the fireplace going. I've always loved campfires and such ever since I can remember as a boy, so why stop now? |

We burn in a firepit all summer long. Very relaxing. Burn about 8-10 cord a year.
