Gary, looks like your buddy is pretty good at flipping. I think the key to it is you have to know what to buy at a decent price to make money. L/D,,,, the starting procedure is much like you starting your lawn equipment > old junk, not maintained much,,and you can charge for more hours to do the job  Fire in the Hole is used by L/D when starting his equipment!! |

Thanks for posting that Dave. Very interesting and a lot of work. Great conversation piece, but not good for much else between the noise and 10 minute drive time. |
