4-7-2023 .. GOOD FRIDAY

The real-life crucifixions in the farming village of San Pedro Cutud in Pampanga province north of Manila resumed after a three-year pause due to the coronavirus pandemic. 62-year-old sign painter Ruben Enaje, was nailed to a wooden cross, they hammered 4-inch stainless steel nails through his palms and feet, then set him aloft on a cross under the sun for about 10 minutes.

.

.

A woman penitent was also nailed to a wooden cross this day.

Myoglobin is the heme iron containing protein that gives meat its color, and it is a great source of dietary iron. Myoglobin stores oxygen in muscle cells and is similar to hemoglobin that stores oxygen in blood cells. The more myoglobin content meat contains the darker red it will appear in color.

Myoglobin has three natural colors depending on its exposure to oxygen and the chemical state of the iron. If no oxygen is present, the meat appears purple red, like in vacuum packaged meat, and is in the deoxymyoglobin state. Meat is bright red when exposed to air and is typical of meat in retail display.

Look at your arms,,,your veins show a blueish/purple color until you are cut, then oxygen turns the color to red.

What? I find that difficult to believe, as she rode with you all the way to Las Vegas,,top down!!

At least your hot scooter had roll bars to protect her!!!
