Last year at about this time we were hit by Hurricane Ida and were out of electricity for a week, lots of fun.

I'll dispute that,,,,, over 21,000 workers built the Hoover Dam. They had many nickels..

How much did the people who built the Hoover Dam make?

If you see an entry like .825 it means that person earned eighty two and a half cents per hour. The lowest wage was 50 cents an hour, and the highest was $1.25 per hour.

Geez.
My dad grew up on a farm in Texas in the '30s. They depended on rabbits quite a bit.
