First POA member I met was Gary C. in July of 2001 or thereabouts. He saw me driving the Kat through town and chased me down to introduce himself. I think he guessed it was me becuase I was the only registered Mulholland owner in Escondido at that time. Anyway, I felt bad because he wanted to pull in somewhere for a cold beverage and to shoot the breeze, but I had to tell him no because I was on my way to meet my family for dinner. Oh well...Peace G. This message has been edited by lavka on 12-15-2005 at 09:27 AM |

The first Prowler owner I came in contact with was BADDOG out in Westminster, CA. When I was shopping around on ebay for a Prowler he sent me several e-mails encouraging me to "pull the plug" and buy one. The first Prowler owner I met in person was the MeanGene, who has been a big help and friend. |

There were so many before POA that I met thru PPC The very 1st Prowler owner I met was Tom Amos from Greenfield. He bought the 1st Purple Prowler from Eastgate Chrysler Plymouth in Indianapolis. He let me sit in his, the 1st one I was able to sit in. Tom does not get on line. He has a 97 and a 2002 candy. ------------------ |

For me it was the late Joe Brandsasse. Shortly thereafter we cruised together to the Smokies and met a whole bunch of people who are still my good friends. |

I met Larry Lord long before there was POA, and although he may not have been the first he certainly is the most memorable. This super guy had driven across country to attend a meet in Detroit. To me, that spelled "I love my Prowler"!!! It also spelled " I am a little nuts"!! Owning a Prowler has always been great, but those early days were the best!! |

Jim & Cathy Stallings... 9/2002.... We planned a trip to pick up our Kat in Cleveland. After posting on POA asking about what kind of luggage would work for our cross country trip, Jim & Cathy we gracious enough to meet us locally, so we could see what kind of luggage room we didn't have for the trip I think it was almost 100 degrees that day. |

Rich and Linda Ware were the first I met. CJ was the first I spoke with as we contemplated making the purchase. Both have been great help and right on target. Now we still have the matter of the second car purchased after Annie rode with CJ at woodward. It must be CJ's fault; but, I'm sure glad we have it. Thanks for all you do. Gordon & Annie |

Fred Henkle shortly after buying my car. One of the dealers who had a Viper told me I should call him and gave me his number. That gave me a chance to meet the rest of the South Texas Chapter, and I have made dozens of life-long friends since then! ------------------ |
