After 7 days straight 10-12 hours a day dad is all moved and settled. I’m at the airport now heading out. Trying to make it to the body shop tonight but I’m cutting it close. |

No date yet LD. I have pre-closing docs that say 10-14 weeks approx. Have running water and trim work roughed in. Needs final touches and then landscaping. The construction manager said Garage doors Monday and appliance delivery Tuesday so they can lock the house up after the garage doors. Getting real close.......

Yeah. A/C units are scarce, electricians as well. Is what it is. It will be perfect when its done. I was telling Laura the other night. I have made huge life changing choices in my life before and everyone knows that's stressful. Not 1 even remotely negative thought has gone thru my head this entire transaction. This will be my absolute paradise when it's done. It'll get done.    |

A/C delivered!! 1 problem……..no one to hook it up rt now. At least it’s there tho. It’ll happen. I can’t imagine them not wanting the money for 2022. Whatever it is it is. It’s going to be perfect.

Thanks alrtg. I actually have 4-5 friends that already live there. As I said, cruising pops cars people always want to talk lol I speak with them a few times a week. I haven't said anything or shown anyone my Prowler tho. That's going to be fun the 1st time I cruise my neighborhood!! Again thank you for the good wishes. I seriously can't wait to get there!! I'm hoping all of my Prowler family will let me know when they are in the sunshine state so we can get together. As far as a project...............maaaaaybe a Myers Manx w/ a 3.6 liter Porsche engine. MAYBE, I think I'll be plenty busy cruising my Prowler tho Sunset will be amazing. It always takes a LOT longer than it should. I remember 20 some years ago when we were building a new house here. It seemed to take forever. Currently working on a new dock and launch ramp at our place in the Keys. Took over a year just to get the permitting thanks to the Army Corps of engineers. Now it's been months since they started and very little has been done. Just a little tease to start but haven't been back. Frustrating. And the contractor is a friend! |

Unfortunately my friend at this point it is what it is. It will be absolute paradise when I finally get in. I have a feeling you and I may be cruising a lot together Greg. I'd be out right now! I just stay focused on all my blessings so I don't go down a negative path that no matter what I do, say or feel this is the hand I have been dealt. I'm playin it |
