Going back because my parents are currently living in our house. They are 87 and 85 and once they go we will head back down. It’s nice. But it used to be heavy traffic just during season. Now it’s heavy traffic all the time. |

Your structure is hell for stout!!! Masonry walls and metal studs are only found in essential buildings here in the Pacific Northwest, (hospitals, police stations, etc.). Our residential construction is all wood and wood products. But we only have wind loads up to 100mph. I'm sure you must have a much higher rating! You can sleep well in a house built like that. |

Looks great,,, did you sell the NY house yet? The market is starting to head downward. Do it now before later. If the market tanks enough we are looking to pick up another monopoly piece. |
