Bob - FYI, I am not bringing my trailer next week. You will need something else for a brakestop for the motorcycle.

UPDATE, Molds, trim jigs are done and the shop has 6 ready to go to paint. I am holding them up at the moment cause I am trying to make the part look better but make no guarantees, I bent a set of screens for the speaker openings by hand in my shop and placed them behind the openings, after looking at it I think they would look better if I can have dies made to press them to bring the screen flush with the opening. I got a quote from one company and it was waaaaaay to much $400 per die ( need 4 ) and the cost for the finished part was $85.00 per set and I had to buy 50 sets.

I have another company looking at it and says he can do it cheaper, he is to have pricing Tuesday next week. If this does not pan out I will just do them the way I planned from the start but continue to look for a alternative that can be swapped out as I do feel it looks nicer.

I will check on the 2 tone for you.

Talked to the company that made the stock wire mesh covers on the car and he wants around $4000 to make dies. So I ordered some sample wire mesh from him and went to a local Laser Cutter to make me cut outs ( a male and a female ) of the openings. I made one here myself but it is tough by hand to keep a 1/4 inch variance in size from the male to female, I think if they can do it I can then weld the male to a piece of flat stock along with adding 2 guides and sandwich the material between the two and put a squeeze on it with the press and it should work. Then I think I will change the 2 top openings to mimic the stock opening and just buy the top covers from them, my opening is larger.

My cutom cover using the part I am offering for sale, the part is made of fiberglass and can be purchased with some or none of the openings so you can custom cut if you want.

This is the locations of the openings in the retail piece:
