Idive, I just spoke with Kendra and smoking rooms have been added. Call 1-800-622-4000 ask for sales and speak with Kendra. Give her your confirmation number and she will insure you get a smoking room. I won't have an answer on the check out until tomorrow. Be sure to mention that you are with the Prowler Owners Association. Please keep in mind the 800 number is a national reservation desk and does not speak for or have knowledge of the arrangements made I have personally made and contracted with the Hotel in Tulsa. Thanks Rich. but the 800 number in your last post was for some company in Virginia. So, I tried 888 in case that was the right number. Altho I really enjoy phone sex, that wasn't what I had in mind when I called the 888 number. And, just my luck, it wasn't by Kendra either. I'll try the 800 number I made my reservations on and see if they have record of the smoking rooms addition. (the 800# I made reservations on was the main line, but they seemed to know the room rate and POA...) Stay tuned... and I will post on the other thread. Rich and Mickey - thanks for clearing up the air about the smoking rooms [or clouding it up,,depending how you see it]. I'll call later and change to a smoking room. This is Oklahoma,,,,formely discovered by the Indians,,,,who we gave the peace pipe to smoke with!! |

The cancel policy in our contract with the Tulsa Embassy Suites is 6PM the day BEFORE arrival without penalty. Also if you have to leave early for any reason there is no penalty you just need to let the front desk know as soon as possible. Disregard anything the national reservation desk says otherwise. Example: If you are scheduled to arrive Friday the 15th you would need to advise the hotel by 6:00 PM Thursday the 14th if you want or need to cancel.
