As Zack said we have rooms blocked off from Thursday June 14 thru Wed June 20(departure June 21st). You can start making reservations after June 15 this year. We need people to book early so in case we have to increase our room block we can do so early. I expect this event to draw a lot of car clubs so room availability will diminish quickly. I was told that the Plymouth club is also coming to Tulsa. I would also not be surprise in Daimler Chrysler is not involved is some fashion. In addition to the unearthing there will be a parade and an all Chrysler product car show. We do not have the activities planned yet but will be working on this soon. |

You cannot register until June. Their computer will only allow 12 months advanced registration. |

Not sure but I think it depends on your checkout date as to when you can start booking ie: if checkout is 17th then you can book in from that date...it won't allow over 365 days advance booking. |

Kroozer, good point. I think I will call and get a room for one night and then a few days later and call and get it extended. That way I will be sure to get a room. I would think this will fill up quickly. Now I need to call Louisville and see what day my reservation starts. I don't remember what I did. signed, Al Z Heimer. |

Hi everyone... I spoke with Kendra at Embassy Suites in Tulsa just a few minutes ago. Booking can start on Thursday June 22nd. Just click the link below: Enter you check-in and check-out dates on the right hand side of the page, then click "GO".
On the next page, fill out the number of guests, number of rooms, smoking preference and select one or two beds. Scroll down to the SPECIAL ACCOUNTS area. On the 3rd option GROUP/CONVENTION CODE...enter POA.
Click continue and finish providing your payment information. If you have any trouble with the process you can contact Victoria or Kendra at 918-622-4000...ask for sales. I hope this helps! Can't wait to see you all in 2007. This message has been edited by Zack on 06-20-2006 at 11:26 AM |

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE 26TH TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS! I am getting Victoria from the Embassy Suites in Tulsa set up as a user on our site so she can answer questions directly... Give me a day or two to get this done and teach her how to use our site.

SNO - I already got my room from Victoria. After I talked with her on the phone,,,,she made my room 'free' for the entire stay,,knowing I would attract a large gathering at the Suites,,,,hence, big profits for the hotel. She asked about you  I said you would also draw a large crowd,,,a large crowd of horse flies!  She said you were paying in full then,,, and would be watching that riff-raff crowd from Wisconsin-Illinois rather closely   As for Ed,,,,,,she placed him in the room next to the swimming pool pump house,,,on one side,,,,,,,,,and Wild Bill Shannon [headboard/wall banger] on the other side. Ed should be able to get 2 to 3 hours of sleep each night, lol. |
