I have 11" (5.5" each side) clearance on my garage. Tons of space lol. It'll be alright. Pictures really don't do it justice. Really looks like a kid hit a toy with a magic wand!!

Shaving the door handles and ditching the huge mirrors, hopefully I can start welding up the doors Monday. Most likely going to be a 6-8 month build. Fabricating a rear belly pan. I just don't like the whole rear wrapped, that beautiful aluminum chassis should be seen IMHO.

Going to cover the rear crossmember (huge rectangle in the rear) but the cradle and tranny cooler are going to be exposed.

Hard to see in this photo due to inadequate lighting, but the chrome trans cooler cover looks nice on the high boys. Something else to consider is that if you plan to trailer your car, you may need to run a temp wheel / tire combo to fit between the wheel wells of your trailer. Mine is super tight and my wheel / tire combo is no where near as wide as yours.

Chris,
Rather than replacing the side marker light with a small vent, you might consider installing a set of Viper Side Panels.
With all the other modifications you are making, they would look great.

Thanks, I have a set of donuts for the rear for when she's transported to my new place in Naples. I am thinking of changing the tranny cooler to a more stealth set up. Alrtg thanks but the viper side panels are too "slick" for this build. I need some fabricated aluminum parts on the body to match the mirrors. Wait until you guys see my gas door. Pics soon. Thanks guys ;-)

84.25" Wide. Without the suspension settled from a ride. Prob be 85-85.25 No issues my garage door is more than wide enough. I really cant wait to get the fronts on. 18 x 8 +1 offset over stock. Basically the car will be +2" wider than stock OVERALL up front. The tires are narrower so I am totally expecting a nasty stance straight out of the gate!!

Playing with different ideas. I am not a fan of the entire frame wrapped. Probably cut below the tape off and mold the radius up to the body. We’ll see

Hey, thanks for checking in. I am building a home in Naples. The prowler is coming along, decided to keep it all together no cutting. House will be done end of 22-begining of 23 Laura and I are beyond excited!! We're flying down the 3rd this Friday until the 7th and then again on the 13th to meet for the final design. Breaking ground 1st week of October so I am going to be traveling A LOT!! Again thanks for checking in I really do appreciate it. You can text me anytime too, you have my number.

p.s. anyone ever run dumps on a prowler? turn downs right from the muffler? I'm thinking it'll be ok because I have headers and exhuast?

lol Thank you Kees. I am leaving Fl this morning. Deal on my house is done!!! I will be a Naples resident in a year or so I am really hoping the body shop maybe got some color on her while I was gone. I have a meeting tomorrow morning at 9 around the corner from the shop so I’ll swing by tomorrow and check it out.

Unfortunately nothing I spoke with him yesterday he's got a busy week we're going to get back on it Monday. Saw everyone's car's on the WV flickr folder and I am so much MORE excited lol Everyone's cars look beautiful!! Not much left as far as bodywork. I got so busy with the house we kinda stalled out for a bit.
