Now, don't punch me out for this brother, it's just an opinion, but the grille you have on the car looks too much like a strainer for the rest of the car. Too delicate. I think the grille leads the car and should be hefty, especially in your case, since your car is now very aggressive. The side vents you added are quite chunky, so I would like to see a chunkier (matching) grille. On the other hand, I have not seen the car in the flesh so it may look magnificent in person. You'll know best, as always. This is just detail s**t, nothing major, and just a way to stay interested and comment. Right now, it's gorgeous.

Congratulations, as good as that yellow looks in photo’s I can only imagine what it looks like in person. I have always liked the color yellow. My 29 Ford Hot Rod was yellow. My all time favorite Prowler is Larry Mayes Wildcat.

The only downside to that color is that it really attracts insects.

I think it's about time for both Chris and Tracy to sign up for Gatlinburg next Fall so that we (the POA collectively) can see your cars in person and meet the two of you. Two, six hour driving days and you're there. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Leave Saturday am and be at the event Sunday afternoon - right on time!

Unfortunately I def can't make it. I do appreciate the invite my friend but I have way too much going on in the next year or so to even consider "me" time. I'll make it out to one I promise.

Always nice when a project like this comes together. Sometimes the longer it takes the better the end result. Great job 👊

I've changed my mind. Leave the grille alone. Each feature adds nuance and identity, and it's all working right now. I just needed to see more pics and angles. What a cool outcome.

It ran well before you did the gears so it must be a hooligan now. Rock On!

As much as I love you Zulu I had no intentions on changing ANYTHING lol I am beyond happy with the outcome. Thank you to everyone who chimed in on this one. The car runs phenomenal!! The chirp into 2nd is insane and if it doesn't chirp em it tries to tear your head off hitting 2nd!!!! This was a very nice way for me to finally lock up my tools and just enjoy. I have been in the garage since 2 a.m. just wiping her down in a few spots and cleaning the interior a little more. I really can't wait to cruise up to Pops house with this one. He always loved this car, he though it was in storage with Jeff's racing boats till we move lol. He has no clue I built it into a Hi-Boy. The pics do the size of the rear tires no justice, it's silly, looks like a kid hit a toy with a magic wand lol.
