They work, folks. I put it on the 99 the night before the Canadian trip. We did a road course up there and I think it helped in the handling. I only hit the wall twice and now I am going to tighten all of the nuts and bolts and see if it works even better, lol. Seriously, it works. |

Geno - Yes, that is a fun run for sure. Another good run is from Flagstaff down to Sedona and over to Jerome, Az.(Az. Rt. 89-A) The BEST is the Arizona Devil's Highway (Az. Rt. 191) from Edgar to Clifton, Az. You drop 10,000 feet of elevation from the mountains to the desert floor, while navigating over 1,000 switchback turns during the 110 mile trip. It's not a trip for the faint of heart,,,,,no guardrails |

I can (albeit vaguely) remember coming down Pikes Peak ... I was just a youngster then... but don't think I'd want to do it in the Prowler.... (Mark me up on the "Faint of Heart" board!)

Geno, Pike's Peak is not paved all the way. It is gravel on the upper portion. I don't want my cat up there, period. You should do the Mt. Evans, the highest PAVED road in the U.S. Talk about sheer drop offs with the mini-vans hugging the middle line and mountain goats right around the bend. Thrilling it was. We went up in the evening, drove quite fast. |

CT, You are one of the fortunate few. You have #17 of only 20 "Premier Edition" Wonder Bars produced. Only the "Premier Edition" Wonder Bars have one of Alley Cats chest hairs attached. These 20 bars were signed and numbered by Alley Cat and myself to enhance their collector value in the years to come. You are one lucky man! I guess in hindsight, it probably would have been better to use something other than a Sharpie and to have signed them after instead of before painting, but I'll try to do better next time. Look very closely for Alley Cat's chest hair as it may have fallen off during the powdercoating process. |

Gary, apparently you have never driven up (or worse, DOWN) Pike's Peak. Twenty miles, 7 miles were paved. Now it is 10 paved miles. The lower half. They kept road graders along the route so they could "touch up" the dirt and gravel from time to time. They have a mandatory check point to test your brakes. If they are too hot, you pull over and wait awhile. (A/C had to sit there for 4 days, once.) lol |
