Help! I don't know how to respond to the honor of having 50 of the longest chest hairs from the one and only Alley Cat. I could very well put them on the Wonder Bar but with that much hair, I could probably fix Ed up with a toupee.... Just a thought. Alley Cat, thanks for always thinking of me |

The Wonder Bar that I got only cost $5.99...my only complaint with was that the bolt holes didn't quite line up...

Lord - maybe I better rethink the use of the WONDER BAR name being released at no charge, lol. I see by the emails I've been getting, that the orders for the new WONDER BAR are coming in even before they are made. CONGRATS on another FMBox quality product made especially for the Prowler owners. |

FINAL TEST REPORT: The final segment of testing the new FMBox WONDER BAR was completed on sunday afternoon. Lethia and I took the silver cat on a 80 mile drive to Canyon Lake/Tortilla Flats on Az. Rt 88. Twenty miles of this road nearing the lake area contains hundreds of sharp switchback turns and finally gave me the opportunity to test the worthiness of the WONDER BAR under extreme handling situations. The cat handled beautifully in all the turns,,,where the speed limit was between 15 to 25 mph max, and I was driving the AC cat between 30 to 50 mph through these sharp turns = driving on the edge! NO oversteer or push condition experienced on this test road. The front suspension felt much more in contact with the road and the roll of the turns. On my 2002 Colorado trip with the Wild Bunch on the Mature Drivers Cruise through some challenging Colorado back roads, I was able to drive with the best of the cats but did at times experience the "push" condition with the stock Prowler stabilizer bar and suspension. PUSH is when you are turning the steering wheel to negotiate a high speed turn or curve, and the front of the car still wants to take more of a straight line approach, and the driver has to compensate this condition with more 'oversteer' of the wheel. I'm now ready to report that the WONDER BAR has passed all the tests I can throw at it in my Y2K cat, and the performance increase factor plus the smoother ride characteristics exceed my expectations. The Wonder Bars are in the house! I just picked them up at the powdercoat shop and will be packaging them tomorrow. I expect to ship via FedEx no later than Wednesday 6/30/04 to everyone that has paid in full. Larry Pennington and Dale Barnhart, I have not yet received your payments. Please contact me soon to let me know your status. This message has been edited by Larry Lord on 06-28-2004 at 09:36 PM |

Hi Larry, First of all, again, I'm very happy with the "hinge protector" I purchased from you last year. The advance billing of the new wonder bra (may?) be difficult to deliver? This probably goes without asking, but if a buyer is not completely satisfied..do you offer a 100% money back guarantee? Thanks in advance for your reply, ------------------ |

Chromer, You bring up a good question and also open a can of worms for me. Yes, the advance billing for the Wonder Bars has been great and I thank Alley Cat for all of his testing and comments regarding my newest product. Will every single person feel the same as Alley cat? Only time will tell. I've put a tremendous amount of time and money into developing the Wonder Bars for the Prowlers. I now have a product that I am 100% satisfied with and have 100% confidence in but it's a product that will sell to only a very limited market. How does that old saying go?,,,,You can please some of the people, all of the time, or you can please all of the people, some of the time, but you can't please all of the people, all of the time. To answer your question, I would like to offer a complete 100% money back lifetime guarantee but due to the costs involved (outbound shipping, inbound shipping, re-painting and re-packaging or selling at discount as used) and the fact that forever is a long time, I do offer and always will offer an exchange or a 100% LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE ON ANY PRODUCT for a manufacturing defect or failure. I guess the bottom line is, I hate to put things like this in writing. I stand behind my products and I stand behind my service. I've been here since the start and I'll be here until the end. I've made many Prowler friends and I try not to disappoint them. I'll handle each issue on a case by case basis but I will guarantee you that my customers will always be treated fairly. I have known Larry Lord for 4 1/2 years,,,,going back to the pre-POA days when we were at the now defunct PPC website. I have never known Larry to build anything that he didn't have his full heart and soul into, and have 'always' noticed that he goes the extra mile for Prowler owners. Do not short change Larry when considering the quality construction, experienced racing knowledge, or his integrity that he sets forth into the products he builds and sells. His FMBox business operation in Colton, California is a first class operation that I have personally toured and admire. I call it like I see it, and Larry Lord is a top notch POA member. He even lists his 800# if you need 'help' - further information - or even a negative comment, if that should happen. AC STAMP of APPROVAL |

quote: Ed - that is what caused the excitement in the first place,,,,,seeing the Alley Cat stamping his approval to a new product. I foresee several more production batch sell outs before the end of the year. When FMBox goes public,,,I better be in line for the first shares! Maybe Lord will give me another title - CFO of the company |
