I am looking forward to seeing the production version of the Dodge Hemi Super 8.

“The Dodge Super8 Hemi’s interior pays homage to the legendary vehicles of the 1950s, featuring a combination of brushed and painted aluminum gauges and trim. The concept’s ornate instrument panel recalls the era’s characteristic shapes while adding sophisticated and high-tech appeal.”

Plus it will have a 5.7L Hemi… that would be cool.

I saw a cool pic of a new charger but, when reading the article it when on to talk about a hybrid engine. A what? Not in a muscle car. I checked (having a lifetime membership) and hell wasn't freezing.

I want to see the new (er, old) Ford GT-40 in real life. That might be a kick in the pants car to drive.

Here is a funny story:

When I was a kid of about 15, my dad left us all never to return. So, I was living with my mom, my sister, and for the most part, my grandmother. I was surrounded by women. I can remember saying, "God, get me out of here."

He did listen and he did do something about it.

I am now married with two baby girls I guess I should have been more specific.......(3 girsl, round two)

Would DC actually make that? I thought the Germans said they didn't need two cars like the Viper and the Prowler so they killed the Prowler (since it had a finite shelf life anyway)

Would they actually want Dodge to have two muscle cars?

Want that new Charger R/T. Just got off the phone with the local Dodge dealer. Say's they just had a big meeting and all the Dodge dealers are pushing for this car. With a tuned version of the new Hemi. Say's Charger still in the works and not dead. If given a go, will be out in 2004. Dealer tells me to keep in close touch as they will know between Oct and first of year if the Charger is a go. Stay tuned!!!

I just looked at Norm's remarks on this topic and I can say he is completly out of it. The prowler was our last toy (the BOSS speaks ). We have no room check it out. http://www.zianet.com/SLlover/page54.html

I better check what Norm is smoking.

I'd also like to see one of the new GT40's when those are finally out. I read somewhere the other day that the first one is going to be (or was given) to Bill Ford Jr.

Priced to be about $100K and expect the first years to be considerably higher with dealer gouging but, I can wait.
