Thanx for the pics robin....yes thats 20 min of welding with a small receiver hitch and another bracket....I'm sure someone on here has done this before...just threw it out there in case someone had same problem as i did with clutter...paint on this rare get-n-go is flawless...scared me being in floor...lol...jim

Excellent idea. Can you describe the various process steps to build one please? And a BOM. (bill of material)
Any concern with lagging it to only one wall stud?

$15 dollar swapmeet used hitch..cut off most of rear of it ..I had an old air bag bracket I cut back piece off of ..welded...3 holes with lags...Over kill on lags IMO....one stud fine...20 mins start to finish...
Take this and weld 6-8" flat bar on rear...drill ...lag..I just happened to have old hitch

Those are nice ....Quincy either the double end or single will work....after mounting mine there is no lateral movement...mine could be shortened to get it closer to wall...but where i mounted it ...it wasn't a problem...if u need one pm me and i will build u one or any one else for that matter ....no problem...no labor charge....as much info as i get from this sight (that includes u ED) least i could do....jim

68 short wide...actually sold truck before finished...a quality builder close to me is finishing truck..lays the frame....
