Interesting... I did nor know that there are Replicas on the Market. To build one gets more expensive as to buy the Org.

I would love to know the economics behind building one of these versus buying the real deal. Like Condor said, this has to be more expensive.

Perhaps more expensive then what you pay in the states but, this is in England and a right hand drive. Looks like they bought alot of the body components then redid the interior and engine to meet specs over there.

I guess if you bought a right hand drive vehicle made for England and brought it to the states, converted it to left hand drive, changed the interior and engine to meet our safety standards, it too would cost more.

I talked to these people a year ago and if you look at the red one that is the headlights you get with the kit, they said the purchaser had to buy stock prowler headlights and bolt them in. Well I bought 3 sets of the filler panels thinking this would be a easy way to offer my headlight kits, the panels are almost a inch longer than the prowler headlight plus the angle to the side panel is off. I will say it is a nice piece of fiberglass.

I wonder if there's a replica trailer, too.... if so, maybe that's an "affordable" source for those of us not lucky enough to have (but really want) a Prowler trailer. To get the right looking trailer, I'd certainly consider a replica kit and assemble it myself if the kit's price is reasonable.

I believe these cars are from the Prowler replica Company that was up for sale on e-bay a while ago.

I can't remember weather the company sold or not??
