Ok my car is still in the shop my extended is about to expire so I asked for them to price me a additional 5 years and 50000 miles Max Care Gold Chrysler warranty with a $200 dollar deductible I was quoted $2550, I then called Bill Mason Motors this is the store I buy all my parts from and asked if he would sell it to me for $100 over cost and he said yes! I am getting the warranty the other store quoted me for $1850! John Clapp said he will do the same for any POA member and asked me to post his phone number. 952-474-8855 Mason Motors, you have to tell him you are a POA member! Have the following ready for him:

Thanks Bob for the leg-work! Already spoke with John..very nice guy! Truley the best price for a warranty I have found and it being an actual Chrysler warranty is a great plus! Did I say this was a great site? This is a great site!!! |

He was able to give me one with not having a warranty at this time... I didn't think a Chrsler warranty would do that but apparently they do. So...if yours has expired...doesn't matter! Check it out! |

Just got off the phone with him and this is what he said: Even if your Prowler is out of Warranty he can sell you one. Also the offer of $100 over is extended out to all Chrysler products. ------------------ |

Bob, Do you know how they date/start/end the warranty? I would assume they would have to use the in-service date and add years from there. My '99 would have been up in '02 and then 5 years would only give me into '07. Is this how it works? Thanks for letting us know about this warranty option. Kevin |
