Just in case you want to know... it is "High Voltage Blue" and included high voltage blue Prowler trailer and memorabilia. Mike Krehel won it at auction for $175K on Saturday, May 18, 2002. Actual cost was 200K by the time you add in the auction house percentage.

If you have not seen this car in person, you are really missing a treat! I have yet seen a picture that would do it justice. Just another great reason to attend the 2004 Texas Prowler Stampede June 7-11!! (How's that for a plug?)

The hood resides in the DaimlerChrysler collection. The Farewell Party was attended by all those who worked on Team Prowler. I was lucky enough to be invited to go because of my working relationship with some of the people at DC. All who attended signed the hood!

Mike,

Other then the interior color difference, is there anything else different about the interior? (ie. different type of leather, instruments, radio, shifter, wheel, etc.)

Pix of it look great! A real keeper.

Thx

Seeing the car in person, the first thing I noticed (thanks to the floodlight focused on the driver's door) is the "pop" the metalflake adds to the color. The taupe seat leather is perforated in the middle sections of the seat and back cushions.

AC - here's another plug for the Texas Stampede event:

The tour of the Prowler Museum will certainly be a highlight of the POA event in June. Mike & Judy are going WAY out of their way to host a visit we all will not forget. I hope their neighbors are ready for us! Then again, their neighbors already get to see 16 or so Prowlers in their neighborhood on a regular basis.
