I am going to sell the 99 Red Prowler. It has almost 50,000 miles. Original front tires, original battery. Vinyl flames on the side. Straight pipes but I have the original exhaust. You can have painted or unpainted bumpers. Has the upgraded shifter bezel. Upgraded intake K & N filter. $ 27,000 firm. Will go on eBay in a few days if no one is interested. No hardtop, no trailer involved in this transaction. Email me if you have any questions. Not only has it never been in the rain, it has never been outside! Truly a unique (or is that an unique) car. lol |

I can attest that it will hit the speed limiter as ED let me drive it at Kentucky Speedway a couple of years ago. That ought to help the value Ed! |

THIS IS A GREAT BUY!!!! If you want a red car you will not be disappointed! Those that do not know Ed & Sandy they purchased a Candy Red Prowler and now have it the way Sandy wants it. Also Ed is in the repo business and has made a few enemies in Ohio and he used the Red Prowler as a company car when he had to do recon in the Rich side of town where the Yugo would have been spotted in a minute. So if someone in Ohio buys it you may want to remove the flames. ------------------ |

If every POA member would put up $10.00 we could buy ED's car, paint it white and crush it instead of the I Scream car. |

Real Rod Bob, I am glad someone finally noticed that we do everything the way Sandy wants it. She acts real easy going and happy at the events and makes me toe the line once we get home. She rules the roost with an iron fist. I didn't think anyone knew about that. Gordon, that car has history and with me owning it, it has to be worth a lot more. lol Marty, if you drove it at the track, the thing would need a stroker motor for sure. I will be looking for your $ 10 in the mail. NO PENNIES, either. |

Yes Ed, I do believe that celebrity cars are worth more and yours surely qualifies. But look at it this way, if you sell it to me with all the extras I am looking for, I will get a great deal and you will get your FIRM price. LOL Gordon |

You would have Steve, except you are posting under false pretenses. You live in GA now. Sorry. I put it on Autotrader last night. I don't know if it showed up yet. I got an email offering me $20,000. He is thinking of doing a project and told me high mileage cats are only worth that. I don't think a Prowler has sold below $ 25,000 unless it was wrecked but I could be wrong. I could part it out for $ 20K , I think. |

RED is worth a lot more than Mulholland. lol 100K miles is a lot more than mine, too. I still am surprised it sold under $ 20 K. Thanks for the info. |

Steve, I never wanted this to become a bidding war but I could offer 14,000 right now. Sorry Steve, money talks. How can Ed pass on either of our offers? Gordon Kruzin seems to be in the lead. This calls for a stronger bid; add $5... no make it a full $10. That will show these low ballers. This message has been edited by SuperKat on 08-26-2005 at 11:14 AM |

Ed, Don't give into the guy's that are trying to get a lower price. You know apples for apples your car is well worth that price. If you were showing this car to a stranger that had no idea of the mileage and had them guess, what would you expect to hear? Condition and history is just as impotant for a vehicle with 50k+ miles as one with super low miles. If you don't desperately need the money, Hold tight and you will find a buyer. In the spring it will sell in no time at that price! Since it's almost Fall I'll top SuperKat's bid by a buck! This message has been edited by Kruisin Kat on 08-26-2005 at 07:09 AM |

Steve's post was 1/2 price, due to past deals and a lot of joking around. I bought a PT from him, he bought a trailer from me. I bought a Borla exhaust from him, etc. He claims he sold me the PT for half price and I need to reciprocate. I always double the price and then cut it in half for him. |

One of my favorite pictures:
As everyone knows - it did not rain on the Texas event - the parking lot is just wet from the sprinklers - Beautiful car - can't go wrong with this one!!! Don't let Jamie know, she doesn't have that much time left in college and she may think she needs it!!!! This message has been edited by TFischer on 08-26-2005 at 09:39 PM |

It can only be that we all like Sandy so much that we would let 'that' [him, Mohair] be involved on this website. Look again,,,,,,doesn't Ed remind you of a bail bondsman or a loan shark, lol. |
