Marsha and I will be there. We are probably going to have Austin with us. He is checking his schedule to see if he has anything booked. We rarely see him since he has started running with his new Arkansas friends. Comes in late, still asleep when we head to work, gone by the time we get home. No one warned us about his late night rambling when we said we would watch him for a year. With his life style, I now know why he is so rough around the edges. Our room is booked, looking forward to meeting even more prowler folks at this event. On a side note: The roads and scenery in Northwest Arkansas are really nice and there are a lot of great rides. We have been riding that part of the state on motorcycles for years and still look forward to going as often as our schedule will allow. |

Just booked my room for this event, and looking forward to seeing some good friends. Jerry Naumann AKA 1HOTCAT out of MI. Arriving in a flat black hi-boy. Make sure we don't have rain. There is a small chance of making this. We had thought of traveling from Bulverde Tx. and picking Mother-in-law up in Memphis and then going to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for a vacation away from Memphis in October. But This is a slightly closer alternative AND we would also be able to meet some more members. I will discuss with my event coordinator and see how that shakes out. We would not be in the Kat tho.  |

OK Folks! We're just about 8 months out from this event. There is a big difference in effort planning an event with 65 cars versus an event with 30. We need a good idea of what to expect, pretty much NOW. Many restaurants can't handle 120 people, so we need to choose wisely or possibly split. 60 people is a pretty simple task. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND, POST HERE AND MAKE SURE JOE HAS YOU ON THE LIST. Dealing with a smaller group is much simpler. The downside is, once we go down that path, we're going to have to CAP the attendance and the event WILL SELL OUT. As they say "**** or get off the pot!". |

The registration site will be up and running soon! 6 months out. We had a planning meeting last week. Based on venue availability and other limiting factors we are going to cap the event at 40 cars / ~ 70 people. If you are on the fence, you are soon going to find yourself on the wrong side. Once we hit 40, we'll start a waiting list. If folks have to cancel, we'll contact those on the list in order of requests received. Event fees of $220 per person are refundable until August 1st. After Aug 1st, we cannot insure you will receive a full refund. If we fill your spot, we MAY be able to provide a partial or full refund. After September 1st, no refunds will be provided, period.
