I talked with the Marriott hotel and have now raised our room block to 100 rooms. The block will be reviewed as the event date gets closer and I will post in advance of the date that we have to turn over any unreserved rooms (if any) back to the hotel withouit a penalty. At this point we have 75 committments of people/couples attending with about a dozen others thinking about attending. Please get your rooms reserved so we can add to the room block again later if needed. Any future additions will be based on room availibility. At this point it looks like we will be the largest group in the property at that time with several other events overlapping our dates. Thanks and Happy New Year This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 12-29-2005 at 01:30 PM |
