Gary C. Glad you're going to make it... Bye the way... NPR has Test & Tune nights on Wed. & Thurs. Thurs. is for MC & Imports. However, the track owner has told me it would be OK if any Prowlers wanted to show up on Thursday night for the Test & Tunes... As we get closer I would like to know who might want to go on Thursday, so I can give the track an idea of how many Prowlers may be there... |

I've invited the local Bayou Viper Chapter to join us on Friday... So, we may have a couple snakes there with us... I'm hosting a Viper vs Corvette challenge the following weekend (Oct. 19th) at NPR. If we get a Turbo PT in the area, I'll try and get one there as well... |

Laddie, we are coming down. I had a problem with the reservation since I did not know your credit card number. I will not be racing. I may ride the m/c down or the PT. Sounds like a lot of fun and I am glad we can make it. |

Ed. Glad you & Sandy can make it... You can run the MC or the PT down the track. I'm still hoping to have a Turbo PT at the track (not mine but, one in the family)... Added the Current Attendee list to top of post... (based on POA posts, emails or conversations with me) for Cruisin' the Coast (Oct. 9th to 13th) and the Prowler Drags (Oct. 11th). According to Jay, there's probably another 10 to 12 Florida Prowler owners coming who are not on my list yet... Only eleven (11) of these owners have rooms booked (15 rooms) at the Casino Magic in Bay St. Louis. September 1st is the last date to book these rooms using the POA block. After Sept. 1st the block will be opened to the public... |

Added four more names to attendee list. Race Requirements... You will need a helmet (motorcycle helmet OK), closed toe shoes (tennis shoes OK) and long pants (jeans, kakais, sweat pants, etc). The helmet requirement applies to all tracks here in LA or MS when driving a Convertible or under 14 seconds in a hardtop. ... Now, we should have enough helmets among the members for loaners if someone just wants to make a few runs down the strip... |

Laddie - any new people added lately. I noticed this had slipped off the first page eof events and wanted to bring it to the top. Also, I guess I will take up the offer of borrowing a helmet. It's been 27 years since I sold my last motorcycle and WOW have helmet prices shot up. Of course so has everything else.  |

I have a very large head and an almost-new Shoei helmet to match. So, since I will be bringing both, anyone can borrow it and it's guaranteed to fit! (The color is white so it won't clash with anyone's Prowler color) |
