After some aggravating time to file complaints, he did get his money charges reversed and he stopped buying from Chinese companies. Hope this doesn't happen to other buyers....just saying.

Canada Registered: Aug 2016 Admin Use	posted 10-03-2016 10:21 PM Just an FYI, on Paypal you can opt to pay after whatever you've purchased has been delivered. I use this for everything that I buy with Paypal. Paypal pays the vendor right away and you pay Paypal later, generally 30- 45 days later.
