Actually, that thing about the Villages was just made up by Monaghan. I am located about 100 miles south of there near Orlando. As for right now, I'm still in Plymouth, Michigan until early October. If you're in the neighborhood, I'll be taking it to a local cruise-in car and bike show tonight (Monday 9/20/2010). It will be at Bellacino's Restaurant on Grand River Ave, about 1/4 mile west of Orchard Lake Rd on the north side. I'll be there around 5:00pm for the evening, riding it around the parking lot. There are no plans to make another one. It's just simply too much work. As for what it's worth ........ whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Right now I wouldn't part with it for less than $10K. |

Totally amazing! I thought restoring an old golf cart was a feat for one of my age. Now I am embarrassed. |

Cheeze ........... I'm sorry that I never responded to your question about the headlights. Rather than go through all that again, here's an earlier link on how I made them: http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum18/HTML/005831.html It's not easy, but it's doable. |

The Mini has been on my mind all day. Since you were able to put a price on this (masterpiece) I now have a starting value $22,877.22. This message has been edited by Sunshine on 09-20-2010 at 07:28 PM |

Richard, Helga has not ridden in it. Although I will have it in Cincinnati at her place tomorrow evening. A friend of mine down there is going to make a fitted car cover for it. Ed, We actually have a place in Haines City, Florida, about 25 miles southeast of Orlando. All, I have not abandoned you. As you can tell, I still visit the site every day, even though I no longer own a real one. |

Great job. Like the spinners. When do you plan to put a modified Sweet Thunder exhaust on? |

As I mentioned earlier, the car is in Winter storage at my place in Michigan, while I am now in Florida. It will retain the stock Honda exhaust system, for now, to keep it quiet for the senior neighborhood. I will see it again soon, since I'll be heading back to Michigan for the holidays (Thanksgiving, X-Mas, & New Year)with the family. Then it's back to Florida till Spring. |
