I'm a day late and more than a dollar short so I'm going to try to get a few pictures in before work... There were tons of people in the streets who had waited to see us and we didn't let them down as we had the candy... onecatnodog

This was the slowest parade I had ever been in. The speedometer never came off of zero the car ran one notch higher than normal with the air on... But this blue Viper wasn't so lucky it had to be pushed to the side... Prowlers Rock----- and don't over heat.

Now that the Parade had ended Grant and Cathy, Russell and his Cathy, Brad and his son Zack split off as the rest went downtown for the car show as Marc join in.. The Prowlers were the talk of the town and had several give there phone numbers to me to help them get into a fair price Prowler... I told them about this site and that in the Denver era alone there is about 35 cars. With about 10 that go on some of the events and out of that 10 we have 5 DIE HARD owners that just about go to all functions planed. Answered all kinds of questions on our toys as far as who built them how many made, what colors were made, what mileage do they get, and what do they cost... They were all shocked that you could get into a good Prowler for around $35,000 right now and that they were going up in value. So all of you Prowler owners that never use you cars I would like to see if your interested in selling, as there are people out there that have never seen anything like them and would love to join our club for the fun and friendship... onecatnodog

All that stayed parked on main street to strut our stuff with our Viper friends... Vipers have been coming here every year so the Prowlers were something new... Prowlers got all the attention as I stayed behind to answer questions and show all the stuff that these Gems have to offer, while the others went on to the Irish Pub that Linda, Philips wife picked out... Boy can she pickem... More pictures to come with THE REST OF THE STORY.

Thanks, SirReal for you and the others that have been checking out my posts of our Colorado Prowler Group at Breckenridge.. It's non stop adventure with even things that don't go as planed turning out to be fun.... Back to the story... Here is a picture of Philip and Linda that headed out early and got us a great spot for lunch at Burke and Riley's Irish Pub....

It was great to get there and already have a table saved for us, it is a first come first serve table arrangement and the place that Linda picked had live entertainment to boot. I told you she could pick'em, but you probably new that as she picked Philip. I was so shocked at the great seating arrangement that I turned white as a ghost as you can see in this picture but a cold drink solved that and I got my color back.... Excellent Job Linda!

Thanks again go out to Linda for her choice in places to cool of at, as I had never seen anything like it before.. High Kicks, Great Music, Excellent Friends, and Super Food. We could have stayed longer but the cars had to be removed from the main street and we were cutting it close.

Time for din, din so taking a break. Only about 10 more pictures or so left of us as we head out of town and hook up with Marc and the Vipers for a B.B.Q. feast, at Tony's place on the out skirts of Breakenridge....

Lots a money worth of cars came to Tonys B.B.Q. He was such a super host even though he was still a little laid up after rolling his Viper about 3 months ago. It still didn't stop him from giving the 4TH party... Thanks, Tony

I brought my little cooler with hot dogs and buns but there was plenty of food there as they had 3 coolers full of meat and I added mine to it, and a table spread of all kinds of stuff.. Tony and Mel from the Viper club extended the B.B.Q. invite to the Prowler people at there house and Roy and Fran, Carter, Karl and I took them up on it. Mark left the car show early and did all the cooking with very little help from me or anyone else there... He Cooked and I Looked for anything I could do to help him.. He is completely self sufficient and introduced me to over half the people there while we manned the grills, all of which are his friends and they treated us SUPER.... Thanks Marc, Great Job! Thanks TONY AND Mel for being the host and Thanks Viper Club for making our visit a fun time.... onecatnodog

John, great pictures and stories!! That was a fun day. I'm glad you guys came over for the BBQ, your help was greatly appreciated. You realize we cooked 6 dozen burgers, 5 dozen braughts and 6 dozen hot dogs in less that two hours and noone went home sick? I couldn't have done it without your help. I'll miss seeing you at the Mile High Nationals Saturday, I'll be there tomorrow and Sunday. Have fun and see ya soon.

Thanks, Marc: On the Saturday Nationals tickets and my friend Kelvin thanks you also.. Just stopped by the house after I took him home after seeing you at the car show and will be heading back up... I was able to do something that a lot of you other Prowler owners haven't done... RIDE IN THE 5.0 STROKER PROWLER OF MARC'S! WOW! Dean builds a KILLER MOTOR... Thanks Marc. Thanks, BJProwler: For the kind words and the positive feedback on the work that I put forth. I'm not quite sure how to move anything as I'm still a green horn with computers. Sounds like your in for our, Can't wait for 2008 Colorado Prowler Event... We will do our best to see that all will have fun and as soon as Carl Spike gives me the info I will post it.... Thanks guys....onecatnodog
