You are a lucky guy...a split second later on the throttle, and it looks like you would have been T-boned right in the passenger compartment, and I'm betting that with that impact, you'd be hurtin' for certain.... You just might have the reaction time to do some drag racing when you get your new car.... Seriously, it seems like these cars do just what they are supposed to in a heavy collision - absorb the energy and spead it around. Nice to know in such a small car. |

Holy Cow! I just checked the site today. Bradley, I'm super happy to hear you are not in too bad a shape. BTW, Bradley is the guy I saw out driving one night and he told me about the Texas POA group. Now I'm hooked. I have to say that, that was my favorite Prowler out there, too. It just looked great. Perfect mods. Well, hope you get a good deal on the next Prowler. Ciao, Marc |

I think your first post where you said you gave it gas at the intersection was the split decision that saved your life....otherwise I am guessing he would have T-boned your door instead of the back quarter. Glad you are Ok and you can thank your lightning reflexes for that. |

Wow, Glad you are ok... My purple was totaled in Feb. Hit in the front wheel, which stayed attached... the damage is nothing like yours though. After 4 months Im still trying to settle with Farmers (My insurance). A note for you though. Farmers here told me to take off any aftermarket- non stock parts... Check with your adjuster.... |

I am overwhelmed by you all. All the positive replies, e-mails and even phone calls. You will never know how much they mean to me. Thank you. Got official word today that the car is totaled. Lots of hidden damage. Mostly the frame is broken and twisted as well as the body and transmission. Not sure what the insurance company is going to offer me yet. I'm afraid they are not as proud of it as I am. They still haven't caught the guy who hit me. Don't even know for sure if the truck was stolen. There were a lot of stories flying around at the accident scene. I have some outside law enforcement help now so things should go a little faster. Right now, I'm just glad to be alive and will be even more glad when the pain stops (those little pills make me act too weird, so I would rather hurt). Lots of nice Prowlers for sale out there, so I should't have trouble finding one I like. But, I haven't seen one close to the deal I got on the deceased cat. I'll keep looking until I find the right one.No Way I'm waiting until December and cold weather to buy another one though. I have 3 Prowler shirts on the way to me and another one for my grandson, so we need the car to go with the shirts. Thank you again for all the support. As my grandson says while we are out Prowlin... "Prowl On" God Bless You, Brad This is my grandson Payton getting ready to "Go Prowlin" with me. |
