latest weather for wed/thurs/fri in hstn...60/40/20% rain,clearing for wkend. prediction is about 1 in. rain tomorrow on and off.......... its been raining on/off most of the day today in houston........the squalls are slow moving rain showers, sometimes hard, and some drizzle,and nothing.............. ***tel fred to call me with approx time eta at mikes hse, This message has been edited by RADCAT RICH on 06-08-2004 at 06:22 PM |

I got hours of good video but I'm not able to give you a tease of it since I'm doing dial up.... Bob from realrod.com keeps throwing beer parties in the parking lot so here are a few shots the same evening in Day two of the Texas Stampede. |

So today I missed the cruise to the Car Museum, the visit to the Central Texas Museum of Automobile history, cruise up to Bastrop for lunch, cruise back to Lake Travis via Johnson City, Marble falls, and lime creak road. After my incident with Pauleys prowler, he later came to my cabin and we took off again to see if we could meet up with the prowler group.. Believe it or not, we did end up getting some AWESOME video photage of all the prowlers coming down Lime Creek road... It was awesome.. I did not quite enjoyed being left behind in the middle of nowhere while Pauley tried to locate the prowler group. I stood in the middle of the wilderness waiting to catch some good video shots of all the prowlers coming down the hill side... We pauley first drop me off and drove away, that was a weired feeling... The day was sunny and 100% humidity but minutes after dropping me off, the sun went away and the dark clouds showed up and it began to rain hard on me... I started to get a little concerned for my saftey... While pauley is looking for the prowler gang he calls me on his cell phone and tells me if the prowler group had come down my way... I told him no and then I started to panic because I started thinking they will end up coming from a different direction... The rain is pouring hard on me but thank GOD I had an umbrella so this helped alot. I soon spot the prowler gang come down the hill side and take some KILLER video photage.... I was later picked up by Fred Hankles wife... Thank you Debbie again for the lift... Thank you Pauley aswell for helping in looking for a killer spot for video shots. Anyhow, here are some more pics I took today plus the raffle we did late at night.. There were a whole bunch of raffles done... I was amazed how many were done... Looks like I'm missin' all the fun. NO the car is still in the paint booth. One more coat of clear and we'll be done on Friday. I am having an Annual "Last Man (or woman) Standing trophy" made. To be engraved with the winner and sent out when ya'll decide who that person is. From there on out, the trophy can be presented at the end of the event. I had to contribute something. I miss you guys!! Somebody have a WHATABURGER for me and maybe a SHINER or two. George ------------------ |

all arrived from 2:30- 3pm at the KREHELS, ***NO RAIN THE WHOLE TIME IN HSTN , a welcome sight for the group!!!, great bbq, and for me was great to finally put some faces to the handles on the POA,WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET MANY OF YOU IN THE SHORT TIME I HAD AT MIKE AND JUDYS. >enjoy the racetrack, and have a SAFE trip back ....Y'ALL!! |

Hi Honey Suger Butt, I am posting under Rons name but weather here is awful my cooler is running dry, my credit card will not take the room charges Ron put on it today, and Roman hasn't commented on my Thong today yet. Please wire money to lakeway inn, as I got a public intoxication ticket, along with public obsenity wearing my thong.
