RebelBob & Marty, we found a Motel 1 1/4 for $12.29 a night and we will be staying there. Actually I have not made reservations since I do not have our plans finalized as to when we are arriving. We are only 1 hr and 45 minutes away so it is not a big dealone way or the other. The Cincy people may not be registering at the hotel until the last minute but I think there are 5 or 6 planning on coming. ------------------ |

Bob - Re: parking The hotel had told me we could have a area set aside for our cars to be together. When I called this morning the Sales Rep I delt with is gone - unfortunately turn over is common - so I will have to re address this issue as well as an area to wash cars at hotel. If there is a concern about security (I am told that no special arrangements are made when the National Street Rod Association has 14,000+ vehicles in town every August) we could collectively hire a security guard to sit overnite. I will ask about security issues when I talk with Hotel Manager. ED - Good to hear several of you Cincinnati folks will make that LONG drive down I-71. Marty ------------------  Driving my Dream |
