Easiest thing is to replace it with another factory radio. Unless you want to change ...... I used to be very into car audio but as I age crawling around upside down and contorting in a prowler doesn’t excite me any more. So I upgraded the speakers and added a sub and iPod connectivity to the factory system. You can find a Bluetooth adapter to iPod connection and you are set. I replaced mine with a Pioneer single disc CD with satellite radio, AM/FM, Bluetooth and ability to play any music stored on my phone. Very happy with it. |

Correction. My replacement radio is a Kenwood not a Pioneer. Pioneer was another vehicle. Apologies. |

Great info. Is there any alteration needed with the different radios mentioned? |

The Kenwood was installed by a local car stereo shop and no modifications were necessary and explained as plug and play. |
