To ALL....What kind of (brand) Paint Protectant do you use on your Prowler. Any proof which is the best? Comments please. I'm looking for that high-gloss / wet-look appearance that is on this beautiful Purple Prowler....don't know who it belongs to, but sure looks GREAT! Thanks ------------------ This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-23-2009 at 12:18 PM |

I only use Zaino products on my Kat. Below is a link to their polish that I use. I first got turn on to Zaino by POA member "Dr. Detail" aka "Grrowl" and "Sparkz." |

The picture tint has been altered. Look at the white houses in the back, they are blue. |

And I was beginning to thing Broakie was looking at life through Rose colored glasses. To protect the paint on my Kat, I keep it inside and under a cover.

Sorry Jan......you're right.....I posted this in the wrong area. Now that everybody mentions the Prowler color above being altered, I suppose this is what Kentucky Bluegrass really does look like......cool, I like it and the altered color of the Prowler. I'd be happy to have both. This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-23-2009 at 04:22 PM |

quote: AAaand, based upon your award-winning experience with the NEW ZAINO (wow, their product line has GRROWN, I remember when it was just Z-1, Z-2, etc.), I'm ordering some of the NEW ZAINO to do a full job on SPARKZZ! I guess I need to include: and Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal – Z-8 brings the “pop” and “bling”. For a high gloss, high shine, deep, rich, and wet finish, Z-8 is the ticket. -SPARKZZ (the prowler owner formerly known as "GRROWL" aka "Dr. Detail"). |

it will be near impossible to actually get a shine like that, since most of it is the photo.prowlers are color sanded and buffed from the factory, you cant get better than that. ------------------ |

Hi everyone. I have used Zaino polish for 10 years now. On their current product offerings, I use Zaino All-In-One as a base coat then 3 coats of Z-5 Pro. I divide this up on 2 days, two coats each day.I continue to be impressed. |

I remember seeing MeanGene's 99 Red way back when it was all Red and I had a Red 99. It was at Front Royal probably in 2000 or '01. His had been Zainoed and it looked waaaaaaaay better than mine. I bought a bunch of Zaino products and my car looked great for quite awhile. I sold that car and have gotten older and I don't like doing a lot of work anymore so I have slacked off. Zaino gives it that deep shine. It works better on dark colors, in my opinion. This message has been edited by ed monahan on 09-24-2009 at 12:17 AM |

Hello there, Piddler here Just saw this post and had to jump in,, NO,, the picture has not been altered,, It was taken at about dark. The Candy changes to a lot of different colors, This was taken after about 2 days of Zanio waxing. Look at my scrapbook,, all the pictures were taken with the same Sony cam. O yea, the house is a light blue color,, look to the right of that house,,the small house is my bird house,, it is a white to cream color. Eddie ------------------ |

quote: Man Piddler....am I glad you jumped in on this. I just viewed your scrapbook.....very cool! Your car, even after you converted it to White, has convinced me to try Zaino products. Now that you painted it white......any regrets? I would guess not, being it's unique now! Thanks for all the pics. Brett ------------------ |
