Some of you may have met my oldest son, Daniel, at Woodward over the last few years. He loves cars, and he is also a great young man, ranked #1 in his Junior class. So when he asked for the Prowler for Prom Night, I didn't hesitate to say "yes". His date loved the car, and I think even her parents weren't too worried about a 16-year old (17 tomorrow) driving her in such a car. They had a great time. Trust in your kids is a great thing!

I allowed Jamie's boyfriend to drive it for their senior prom a few years ago. They had a great time. T |

Cool Kevin - I let my son drive the Prowler to his Senior prom on the third day I owned it. It's nice to see others doing something special for their kids. |

Great post. Congrats on having a great son. I will never forget the first time I met him at Woodward and you told me he reads all my posts. He was only about 13 or 14 at the time and it was a shock to me, literally. Glad he did not take any of my advice seriously. lol Again, congrats, that is very cool for both of you. I am glad to hear his mother must be good looking & intelligent, since that HAS to be where he got his brains and looks. lol |

NICE PICTURES THINKS FOR SHARING THEM WITH US Very cool decision, we know our children more that anyone else. I would of let my youngest son without blinking an eye, now on the second hand the oldest NO, I wasn't to fond of his driving record!!! But now that they are both grown and married I'm in a different ball park!! LOL Just hope they don't see Mom's post!!!LOL PS: For Mother's day we were on the water pulling a tube behind the boat and I made sure the youngest was the boat captain while doing so!!!! (Just on the safe side) |

My oldest grandson is 15 and I promised him that if he stayed on the Honor Roll (like he has been since 3rd grade), he could use one of the Prowlers for his prom. He's a great kid and I hope he will be as responsible when he starts to drive as he is with everything else. |
