Here is my story, question and your thoughts. Been thinking about getting another Prowler for a while now. With that line of thought, it seems a little "crazy" (used this word because I don't know the right word to use) to have two of the same kind of car. But I think the Prowler is such a good looking car, I may have to look over that thought. It all started when I told myself that I would like to have another one to drive everyday, anywhere, anytime, any weather and keep the Candy one for weekends. So comes the next question, how much to spend. There is some good deals out there, $22000 to $30000 is what I am thinking about spending to buy the project car. Best deal so far is a 99 for 24. This brings me to the next step. Of course I can't leave it along, chrome A arms, bumper-less kits, hard top then the paint. This brings me to what this post is about. Been doing the search thing on white Prowlers and found this picture. The "seem to be" best deal is on a red 99 with chrome Arms with 45000 mi for $24, or buy the Inca gold 02 on the board for about $28. I guess my question is, Does anyone have a "Pearl White" Prowler?

That was one of my top choice of colors to use if I ever get a 2nd Prowler. Which someday I hope to do. |

Love it. More 'Pumpkin' photos and Mod Stuff . . . . . . . Our other cars and stuff "I may have to grow older, but I do not have to grow up!" "The Prowler is not a car to go from Point A to Point B. The Prowler is the Point!" |

06 Toyota Avalon's have a white metallic that I think would look even better on the Prowler. |

I think the pearl white would be unreal. Wouldn't using a black be easier? Then you may not need to completly disassemble the car to paint areas like the firewall.? Don't really know. Maybe TUIB can answer this since he recently did a color change. |

I was checking this color out myself not too long ago. Take a look at the Sherwin Williams "Planet Color" paints, I believe there are 13 or 16 pearl whites and you can control the pearl and sparkle of the paint with very very small glass spheres that are in the paint. Its a really cool product and looks great. Not as expensive as the house of colors paints, PPG...etc. This message has been edited by Paul B on 10-14-2006 at 09:17 PM |

quote: OR DARK BLUE.............LOL Fastback in New Castle is the expert in changing colors on Prowlers. a black car would be best, but for the money if another color comes along and the difference in blacking out trunk and firewall is less than buying a black car MUTE POINT. |
