The city had a car show today. I carried the Prowler down to enter. All went well, had a good time. At the end of the show they had drawing for different things. They called my number for a door prize, I said OK. After they got all that over, they got down to the money tree. There was about 20 sealed envelopes on the tree with different cash bills in them (5s,10s,20s,50s,100) Well they had about 10 winners of the 5-10-20s. They pulled my number again. I went up and pulled one off, they all were waiting for me to open it. I stopped, helt it up and ask if any one wanted to give $25 for it. They all had a laugh, but no takers. I told them I was sorry that I didn't have a buyer. Open it, guess what, $100.00. They like to have $hit on them self. I smiled and left the stage. I like these kind of car shows. Allright Piddler! Glad to hear the sun shines on some. (Uh, one thing, though, seeing how you spaced out your posting, I kept trying to make what you wrote rhyme. I thought it was a Prowler Haiku or some $hit LOL) By the way, got the SS brake lines on and they look sweet. Thanks for your help in getting them for me. Scott |
