Does anyone have photos of Real Rod's side engine panels installed on their Kat? |

Bob, I don't think he offers side panels. TGF does. |

Bob offers the Ram Air Panels. More than just the look, these are functional and force air straight into the stock air box. Best mod I have purchased, hands down.

XP - looks sharp! I thought they didn't come with the side marker lights. Did you install them after the fact or did Bob's come that way? |

Bob uses authentic side panel so they come with the side marker hole. I installed an aftermarket side market light since I did not care for the orange blob on the side of the kat. The passenger side comes with everything you need to connect the scoop directly into the air box. The driver side has holes to allow fresh air to flow into the engine compartment. Bob also makes a plug to allow you to wash your car, but I have yet to receive mine. He is very busy these days, so give him a chance to see this thread. Thanks for the kind words. I am very proud of this car and the joy it has brought. |

Give us a better pic of your side marker lights. They look different than the other clear lenses. Nice. |

Great info XP. How about performance with the ram air into the air filter - about the same or do you notice any improvement? |

Thunder - According to Real Rod's web site, they're US$1,200 with primer. You'll need to get them painted when you get them. |

Two benefits. A dramatic decrease in under hood temperature and a significant increase in gas mileage. There is also a core exchange where you have to send your panels back to Bob so he can make the next set. Since these are real Prowler panels and not stamped out of a lighter weight material, they will not pop out at high speeds either. |
