Zack reserved his room at 2 PM today and they told him there were only 2 rooms left. I would not wait if you think you MIGHT be attending. |

Thanks for adding the rooms Bob!! Since CT Chuck has a 2-bedroom condo rented,,,maybe he can accomodate an extra one or two cats? And, Ed always sleeps in his cat,,so Sandy could room with Lethia and I and free up his room, lol. |

Last week after my cousins from Canada booked I had her bring the block of rooms back up to 10, yesterday we were down to 3 out of the 10, so I had her add 7 more so we still have a full 10 left. So with the added rooms from last week used this should bring the car count up to 82 at the hotel and then we have Chuck off site do so that's 83 CARS! Now so everyone understands the Hotel has 111 Rooms Total, we have booked 82 of them and have 10 set aside so that's 92 rooms out of 111 that leaves 19 rooms that are not us at the moment out of that 19 rooms from my talk with her 2 weeks ago 5 of those 11 are booked by non POA members during the week and 3 more for our last day of Friday so at best case we can only get 11 more rooms for the whole week! If you want to go and stay at the Wintergreen with the group all I can say is GET ON THE PHONE! Wow for what started as a un official event we may get close to the most Prowlers at 1 place other than the assembly plant. ------------------ |

Bob,I want to make the event at least one day but both our work schedules fluctuate so much I can't commit. I can drive up for the day from Burlington but which day? Is their some sort of schedule of events your are planning that may help us decide? Thanks Bruce |

OK from what I understand we are now very close to SOLD OUT at the Wintergreen for a 5 day stay. They do have a couple rooms left for the beginning and the end of the week. Wintergreen owns another hotel about 1 mile away that she is going to block 10 rooms for us and will continue to increase the block as needed. So if we get any last minute cancelations she will move the people from the other hotel to the Wintergreen in the order they reserve their rooms by doing it this way if a room opens up at the Wintergreen you do not have a financial commitment at another hotel and can move over to the host hotel.
