On the way back to MN in my new Candy, going through Jeffersonvile, Indiana about 9:00 at night I hit this giant pothole at about 65 mph, and the car just died on the spot. To make a long story short, the DC dealer in Jeffersonville replaced the auto shutdown relay, I guess something that shuts down the fuel and/or ignition when the car suffers some sort of trauma. Anybody had this happen to them? Also, does anyone know where this relay is located in the car - maybe it would be a good idea to carry one with........ |

It's in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) which is on the driver side behind the body side panel in the engine compartment and it's location in there is labeled inside the cover. |

Wow that's a new one... Do you think disconnecting the battery for a few minutes would reset this relay if in a pinch? |
