Do you think disconnecting the battery for a few minutes would reset this relay if in a pinch?R/T On the way back to MN in my new Candy, going through Jeffersonvile, Indiana about 9:00 at night I hit this giant pothole at about 65 mph, and the car just died on the spot. To make a long story short, the DC dealer in Jeffersonville replaced the auto shutdown relay, I guess something that shuts down the fuel and/or ignition when the car suffers some sort of trauma. Anybody had this happen to them? Also, does anyone know where this relay is located in the car - maybe it would be a good idea to carry one with........ idive It's in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) which is on the driver side behind the body side panel in the engine compartment and it's location in there is labeled inside the cover. Black Tie 161 Wow that's a new one...
