Anyone know what the warranty is on the the Metalcrafters "TGF Engine side panels" and the G-Force "Cool Side Panels"? Thanks Don... ------------------ |

All of my parts are sold with what I call a " You will be happy or send them back" warranty when you receive them. If a part fails after time because of workmanship or a flaw in the design I will replace or repair them. I try to sell my parts with an up front understanding of what it is or what it does to make sure the customer in the end is getting what they want. If I do not have what they want but another vendor does I will direct that person to them. This market is to small to have any un happy customers. So I guess the real answer is I do not have a warranty that is in writing its just my reputation to do the right thing. ------------------ |

  I trust you. I just got Kat back from the body shop. Painting the Rear Spoiler and installing it! It looks great! Now i look at my Candy and it doesn't look as good!!!Oh well another project down the road. Thanks CTP------------------ |

Bob, I have just picked up my Air patrol and the rest of the goodies yesterday and it looks great.Arrived in one piece which was my only concern.Now ,all I need is a little chrome(like you said).Thanks! |

  Don, Bob sticks by his products. I lost a weekender going down IH-10 and I just happen to be telling someone about it on the POA site. Bob read that and offered to replace it, and he did. It was not his problem. It was a flaw from workmanship. Thank you Bob |

Johnny, we all know what a great aftermarket supplier Bob is. But the question I wanted an answer for if anyone knew the warranty on the TGF and the G-force side panels.. Bob sells the TGF ones for Metal-Crafter. I'm interested in their warranty not the quality of Real Rods stuff, which is great.. Don... ------------------ |

All of the Metalcrafters products we sell has a written guarantee and I will stand behind all of our products. I have always been fair with my customers and even though Bob Goetz is dealing directly with you now, I still stand behind everything I sell. Please read our written guarantee below that accompanies every sales invoice: Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc., warrants that the goods sold under this contract are to be free from manufacturers defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. No other warranty is given and no affirmation of Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc., by words or action, will constitute a warranty. It is further agreed by Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc. and the buyer that the obligation under this warranty is to either replace and/or repair the part as deemed by Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc. The cost of delivery of the part to Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc. shall be the expense of the buyer. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. I truly believe that Bob's statement is as accurate as anyone would expect or deserve, that "you" must be happy with our products or we will make damn sure you are! Metalcrafters, "TGF Automotive Enhancements" has been around since 1994 and our reputation depends on our customers being taken car of or we wouldn't be able to stay in business.
