...And you might have to go to your own profile to set it up. Sorry, it has been 3 yrs since I've done it but I am pretty sure that's the procedures.

Hello Serib,

I have uploaded your Avatar to the BBS. To enable your custom Avatar you need to go to the main page of the BBS (by clicking on "Discussion Board"), go in to view your profile by clicking on "Edit Profile" near the top of the page. Once you are viewing your profile properties, select "CUSTOM" from the drop down box, then Submit Changes. Go to the test area and post a test to make sure it works! ANY problems just let me know!!
