Tangled, Yep, I drove it to Minnesota to show my friends and family. A few weeks later I drove it home to Tampa. I have NEVER had sooooooo much fun in my life! All the looks, thumbs up and every time I stopped for gas I had to reserve 15 mins to talk to people about the car. When I stopped at hotels to sleep, the managers told me to park it in front of the front door. I dont have a lot of money, but it sure felt like it..lol I'm not really a big car person. What I mean by that is... I wont buy new cars just to have a new car. But then the Prowler bug hit me.. I had to have it!! The only reason I decided to buy the Prowler is the limited number built and the uniquiness. I also figured that no other car maker will make a car with the front tires outside of the body of the car. I can honestly say that I have spent more time taking car of my Prowler then all my cars combined. There's nothing better then putting a fresh coat of wax on her and getting the truck lid looking like glass!!! Ok, I'm rambling now |

Bob purchased my 99 Black Prowler from a dealer in Indy. He had Reliable bring it to Michigan. That is 327 miles. He surprised me with it in a ceremony at Chrysler headquarters which is 9 miles from my house. When he purchased the Candy Red, we ran the paperwork through a dealer in Louisiana, but I actually picked up the car from Prowler plant.....20 miles from my house! |

I was 7000 miles miles away when I bought our Mulholland. I was looking at Prowlers when we received deployment orders to Kuwait and Afghanistan. While overseas they ended Prowler production and the local Chrysler dealer sold the car. Through email I arranged to purchase another Kat from the next closest dealer. Sent a check and took delivery when we returned to the US (about 2 months later). ------------------ |

Bought mine on ebay. Drove to Paducah, Kentucky to pick up- probably somewhere like 225 miles away. My son went with me and I let him drive it home. It was a lot of fun following it, pasing it, riding beside it, and of course seeing the smile on Ryan's face! |
