your prowler for something else, what would it be? Keeping it is not a option. House bill #BR549 requires all prowlers destroyed. |

You would have to pry it out of my cold dead hands - or has that been said before? ------------------ |

http://www.damonc.com/prowler/ky2002/p6.jpg And it's here in Louisville!! I would have to paint it black and make the hard top removeable. But after that - it would be an OK replacement - but still not a Prowler. This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 10-30-2002 at 03:51 PM |

I would build a 32 to 34 era street rod. There is no other currently manufactured car that could replace my Kat. |

If Prowlers were outlawed, then only outlaws would have Prowlers....not sure if i would go as far as the cold dead fingers routine though. |

Not to change the subject but, when is the prowler due on Monster garage? As for me, probably a hopped up cobra replicar. I'm actually looking at some now (no trade though) |

Although I can't imagine giving my Prowler up, if I had to... I'm with Marty on his choice, it's no Prowler but very cool! Hopefully I'm not committing sacrilage but from what I've seen so far the new T-bird's & Chevy SSR's look pretty cool too..... in Red naturally.... The only current car, as an adult, is the Prowler. If the law made it so I could not own one, and I could not leave the country. I'd have to go back to collecting more antique American motorcycles... still a passion of mine. No car I have yet seen can replace the Prowler to me. ------------------ |

I have been eyeing this car recently: Also, swimming in the back of my mind are the Diablo Roadster, 360 Spyder, or my dream car, the Jaguar XJ220. The more I realize that life is not a dress rehearsal the more and more I consider the above cars. ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 |

J. Edgecomb, I also have a GT 40 ordered...put a deposit down the first day (first hour) they were available....Autoweek had a great update on the car this last week or so....they say only 3-2003 models will be made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Ford....the production models will be 2004....also stated the cars will be called a Ford GT, because they didn't retain the rights to GT 40.....the new car is really a GT 44 anyway....I am hoping to get virtually ANY color except the yellow on the showcar....didn't think the color suited the car at all....hoping white/blue is on the color chart....should be one H3LLUVA car.....long wait for us on these, I think it was scheduled for spring 2004 release....at my age I just hope I can squeeze into one when it gets here |
