 I was on my way to Conroe to start my vacation. I stopped at a gas station outside of Houston to get gas. A man came up to me and said "Is that one of those cars that was in the Houston Chronicle,that they were writing about?" I said "yes" He said "The paper said this guy has 15 of them cars" I said "yes" He said " Man that sure is a beautiful car" I said "Thank You" Then while in Conroe at the SAM'S store there was an elderly couple standing at my car looking her over, When I got to the car He said "Is this your car" I said "Yes Sir" He ask, what is it called? I said "A Plymouth Prowler" He said "Oh yes, there was a story in the Houston Chronicle this week about a man owning, I think 15 of those Prowler's" I said "Yes Sir he does own 15 of them" His wife really loved it. I'd say they were in there early 70's. Anyway I just wanted to pass my stories on to the rest of the POA. I know there must be some other stories out there from around this area.
