Kevin AI was in a meeting today and we started talking about cars. Turns out all but one guy there has a hot rod or "fun" car to drive.

One guy says he was at a car show a few yars ago where one of the original Prowlers was shown. The guy that brought it to the show said it came from South Africa (kit car) and that Chrysler bought the rights and copied it to make the production version. He was adamant about the story and glad to impart this bit of wisdom onto me.

I just nodded and smiled....

SuperKatWell I should have figured this out. It's common knowledge that South Africa is known for hot rods and cutting edge car design?? Still kinckin myself for missing the obvious. Thanks.
IM IN XTCWell being Ex South African .....all I can say is ..."Garbage" Although there is a company in South Africa that builds the Noble and The AC cobra and the GT 40 kits and ships them with out engines to the USA ...and their is a very exclusive wheel manufacturer TSW "Tiger Sport Wheel " and the designer of the Maclearen Super car "Gordon Murrey" was born and educated in South Africa ....Bla Bla Bla but no Prowler...

ed monahanOkay I will take two more. I had no idea we were having trouble filling the order !!!!
MDProwlerMr Bean,

I am sorry you posted on the wrong thread and we all had a little fun with it. (I'm guessing you pm'd some others also). For the record, I am not an a#$#@%%$e but more of a m#%%#f*%^@r.

Lighten up dude. If you can't have a little fun you might just be in the wrong place. We tend to joke around quite often here and if you read some more threads you may pick up on that. There's alot of good people on here and you won't find this kind of knowledge anywhere else.

BTW, I was posting in response to the prior two posts, But if you still choose not to want to talk to me I think I'll be alright with that.

Thanks Kevin and Jim

392HEMIIf we didn't make so much fun of ourselves on here it would be serious. We do not laugh AT people, other than Ed and A/C and myself, but laugh with them. Again the POA motto , to err is human, to forgive is not in the rules. LOL!!
garysssGary are you a bad boy today. Maybe you will be better tommorrow. We all know you need
