Mr.McgooBob

I have tried Phone Calls, emails, PM'S and posting here and have not had much luck with getting what I paid for! The last time we talked was almost two months ago for an item paid for months ago and you have already taken my money and all I would like is the part. I understand people are busy but you need to be a stand up person and fulfill orders that you have taken the money for.
Please resond!

Foottothefloor87Yeah Bob if your out there please call me back. I have tried the same as the above person to get a hold of you to buy an air patrol with no luck. The last thing I want to have happen is to write a check to you and never see a part. If I don't hear from you within a week you have lost my order. I work very closely with my father and we both own a local spa company and no matter how busy we get, if someone has ordered and paid for a product then we make sure we get it to them. You have a lot of wonderful products but none are worth buying if I am going to get the run around.
IM IN XTCwow looks like the POA has some issues with this vendor
Bob GoetzPer the note you sent with your pad order I sent another one you should have it monday Tuesday,

Request for a air patrol, I have been swamped at work and at home dealing with Real Rod to get all products promised out before the Kentucky event and at this point I think I will make it.

To all that have not seen other posts Real Rod is not my full time job any longer, and as hard as I try I will never be able to provide the service I have in the past, I have made changes to make it better but I guess they are not working. I will continue to make the larger items but some of the low production items are just going to go away.
All Items are made to order I no longer stock anything, also due to production costs of some items I need to stack orders for several weeks so I can have the parts and pieces made cost effective.

Update on Items:
All Air Patrols with the exception on ones ordered within the last week will be shipped before July 5th.

Weekenders I received the last of the base pieces monday and everything seems to fit as it should so shipping will start on those June 28th.

Speaker covers all orders are shipped!!!!

Smoothy pans will be completed by June 30th!

Retro Pans Last one went out today!!

Engine side panels complete by June 30th.

Shifters complete by July 5th.

All Aero Cover and Classic front orders are complete.

Big News is the people wanting and waiting for Front Body Protectors I will have sets available the week of July 17th.

All Stainless Steel Parts will be back in stock the end of July.

Part of my delays at times are my vendors telling me everything is good to go and then upon my inspection I find a problum, rather than ship it I fix the problum, have it repainted or redone start to finsh. I know my stuffs not cheap and may take to long to get it but 99% of the time its right.

Again sending a PM on site is the best way to leave me a message. I will try to improve my response time to calls and requests in the future. See you all in Kentucky unless I get voted off the Island.

TFischerBob: Your stuff is always high quality and worth the wait. We all have had stuff happen in our lives that make it difficult to take care of some things at times, so most of us totally understand. I've done what you are doing in the past, working and running a business as well - it's a tough row to hoe and crazed at best, no matter how hard you try. I vote we keep ya!!!! T

Bob ... I think all these folks are asking for is a little "follow through" communication ... I know that Meandmykitty was looking for updates ... I would have to agree with the "hoe" ... given your multi-tasking and attention to detail, I vote we keep you too ... just improve the communication and status updates a tad buddy!

Bob, In my defense, yes I was the one that did vote you off the island in this picture. But you did say if voted off you would bring back more damn beer, because we needed it.
Marty UsherBob - here's my vote - just close RealRod, lose the stress, work only your full time job, and enjoy POA events like most people instead of making them work! Let someone else buy you beer at the next event!

Top KatHey Bob. Don't listen to Marty. He already has enough mods to his Kat. ( lol) Others out here need you!!! All of your parts are superior quality, and many of us knew that Real Rod is no longer your means of family support. Keep making those great parts and we appreciate your attention to detail, but just communicate to your customers if there is a delay for any reason. We all love ya man, and we know you are doing the best you can. See ya in a couple of weeks.
Jim
